Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if an item is defective or incorrect.

• To request a return, email us at birdiemeyerbaby@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received back in original condition.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for size adjustments (if stock is available).

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Important Notes

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to qualify.

• Clearance, holiday, custom, and preorder items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
